Payment details
The conference fee is 1 200 PLN.
It covers accommodation in a double or single room (depending on availability), full board, bus transfer bus from/to Poznań and to/from the Będlewo Conference Center, a conference dinner and materials.
Deadline for paying the conference fee: 15th May 2016.
PhD students and young researchers who would like to apply for financial support for their participation in the conference should contact the organisers with the following address: xforum@impan.pl. Deadline for this application is 15th March 2016.

How to get there
How to get to Poznań:
By train: From Berlin (Germany) 3-hour trip, from Warsaw (Poland) 3 1/2-hour trip. There are 3-4 direct connections per day in both cases. A detailed timetable can be found at http://rozklad-pkp.pl/en (a few weeks before the intended trip).
By air: From Warsaw (Poland) Frederic Chopin International Airport WAW: 1-hour flight, 2-4 connections per day. From Frankfurt International Airport (Germany) FRA: 2-hours flight, 3-4 connections per day.
How to get from Poznań to Będlewo:
By train: there is a train connection from Poznań to Mosina (a village 9 km from the conference place).
By bus: There will be a conference shuttle bus on Sunday 19.06.2016 evening gathering participants from Poznań railway station "DWORZEC LETNI" at 17:00.The bus will have the sign "CONFERENCE BĘDLEWO" on its front window.

By taxi: the cost from Poznań railway station and Poznań-Ławica airport should not exceed 150 PLN (~ 35 EUR).
