Refund and cancellation policy
For cancellations submitted by April 15, 2014, your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded less 20 EUR per person cancellation fee.
For cancellations before May 15, 2014, 50% of your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded.
No refund of conference registration fee available for cancellations after May 15, 2014.
