Conference Fee
The conference fee includes:
- transportation from Poznań airport and railway station to Będlewo and back,
- accommodation (5 nights: from June 1 till June 6),
- meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners) from June 1, dinner till June 6, lunch,
- refreshments during the conference,
- conference materials,
- social events (Welcome Reception, Barbecue, Excursion, Conference Dinner).
For any additional accomodation and meals (before June 1 or/and after June 6) an extra payment is needed. The prices in Polish zlotys (PLN) are following:
- accomodation with dinner and breakfast: 90 PLN (per night),
- accomodation with all meals: 120 PLN (per day).
These extra payments can be made on the spot (in PLN or in EUR, the current exchange rate for 1 EUR is about 4.2 PLN).
