Financial support

We are pleased to announce that we shall cover all local expenses (accomodation and meals) of the participants.

Travel advices

In most cases you should first reach Poznań, a large city in the west of Poland, which is about 35 km form the Conference Center in Będlewo.

If you need any assistance feel free to contact the organizers: harm@math.uni.wroc.pl

Getting to Poznań

By plane: There is a good number of direct air connections from Poznań airport, see a map of flights from and to Poznań airport Ławica. You can also use skyskanner or similar pages.

By train: Polish railways (PKP) is offering good and relatively fast connections from cities like Wrocław, Warsaw, Berlin. The timetable can be found here.

Getting to Będlewo

By taxi: from Poznań airport or Poznań train station a taxi is the most convenient option. The organizers will help with arranging taxis from the airport. There is about 35 km to Będlewo and approximate cost of a taxi is 30-40 euro (we will try to arrange taxis for 3-4 people, maybe a small bus for larger groups). If you want us to organize transportation from the airport or train station please send details of your arrival to Wojciech Cygan: woj.cygan@gmail.com

By car: the conference takes place here.

By train: this is an advanced option for people experienced in PKP (local trains).

1) By train to Mosina. Then by taxi to the Conference Center in Będlewo (approx. 9 km, 40-50 PLN) or by bus from Mosina (railway station) to Dymaczewo Nowe (3 km to the east of Będlewo).

2) By train to Stęszew. Then by bus to the stop "Będlewo Skrzyżowanie" (2.5 km to the west of the Conference Center in Będlewo).

Accomodation

All conference participants will be accommodated in the Mathematical Research and Conference Center in Będlewo, which is surrounded by the large park, perfect walking and discussion place.

However, Bedlewo is a quite boring place - just a village, but one can make very interesting trips around. If you plan on doing some sightseeing (in particular with accompanying persons), coming by car can be a solution. Otherwise, one may arrange a taxi or a minibus for you, which is not that cheep, unfortunately. If there would be 10 people willing to visit e.g. Poznan the cost of a minibus the both ways could be around 10 euro per person. We will do our best with the evening distractions.
