Please have in mind that it could be good to have some small amount of Polish zlotys to pay some beverages in Bedlewo. Nevertheless, in Poznan there is no problem to pay with credit card.
We would like to inform you that there are two big blackboards in the conference room. Another one can be added if necessary.

Arrival day: Sunday, June 4, 2017 (shuttle bus from Poznań railway station at 18.00)
Departure day: Saturday, June 10, 2017 (shuttle bus around 9.00 to Poznań railway station to arrive around 10.00)

Fee and accompanying person(s)
The fee (300€) for the conference covers accommodation, full day meals, bus transfer from/to Poznań to/from the Będlewo Conference Center, a conference dinner and some standard writing materials.
For accompanying people the fees are as follows:

*There is a special fee for Polish accompanying persons: 150€

Meals
For all participants in the conference, the Banach Center provides full board meals:
buffet breakfast, served lunch and buffet supper.
Vegetarian meals may be prepared upon request. Please, let us know per email if you have some diet restriction and you did not fill it in the registration form.

Conference Center is located at the village of Będlewo, 30 km from the railway hub of Poznań, Poland and 37 km from the local airport Poznań-Ławica.

About the Conference Center
Będlewo Conference Center is part of the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IM PAN) and its Banach Center. Besides standard conference facilities, it offers discussion rooms with blackboards and flip charts, and it has a fitness room, a bar, a 24h reception desk, and free car parking. All rooms have private bathrooms.
The region of "Greater Poland", in which Będlewo is situated, was the scene of the emergence of the Polish state around 1000 years ago (960-1040). These dramatic events left many traces in the vicinity of the conference center.The conference center is surrounded by extensive gardens. Swimming is possible in a nearby (3km) lake.
