Fourth Announcement
Dear Participants of the OSD 2014 Conference,
we are happy that you decided to take part in our conference. You are cordially welcome. At the moment, approximately 80 people confirmed their participance in OSD, and 67 talks are planned.

If you have any reservations concerning the dates and times of your talks, and if you find any mistakes, please inform us as soon as possible. Please especially check spelling of your names, because e.g. we could unintentionally replace some special letters of national alphabets by standard letters of the English alphabet. We need to prepare a final version by Monday evening, May 19. Please send us your comments about the program by the end of this week. The changes in the timetable that will be submitted later will not be included in the abstract booklet.
Będlewo is located 26 km from the center of Poznań and we obliged ourselves to pick you up from Poznań airport and railway station. We also plan to convey you back after the conference. In order to organize your transportation efficiently, we necessarily need to learn the precise dates and times of your arrivals and departures. Please deliver the information with use of our TRANSPORTATION FORM. You can do it as follows:

click „TRANSPORTATION FORM” tab there, then fill it and accept by pressing „submit” tab. It is very important for us, and we ask you for doing this by May 25. We would be grateful if you do it as soon as possible. A small percentage of participants filled the forms by now. Some of you informed us in letters addressed to the conference and our personal e-mail boxes. We tried to collect them, but there is a possibility that some information was overlooked or lost.
Ania Dembińska offered help for the people travelling via Warsaw on Saturday, May 31, and Sunday, June 1. If you arrive to Warsaw airport between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday, or 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, she can assist you in the transfer from the airport to the railway station. If you need such a help, please note that in your transportation form adding the details of your arrival to Warsaw. This also concerns the people who had already filled in the form. You can do it again if you ask for Ania's assistance or just want to correct your travel data.
