The Conference Center in Będlewo is located 26 km from the centre of Poznań. You can fly directly to Poznań Ławica International Airport from many European cities. Alternatively, you can go to Warsaw (Warszawa Centralna railway station) or Berlin (Berlin Hbf. railway station) and take a train to Poznań (Poznań Główny railway station), approx. 3 hours ride from Warsaw/Berlin, please consult Polish Railways (PKP) or German Railways (DB) websites. You can buy a ticket directly at these websites using credit card, at least for some trains (this is possible not earlier than 2 months (DB) or one month (PKP) before a journey). Purchasing a ticket at Warsaw railway station (Warszawa Centralna PKP), you can use automatic ticket dispensing machines, apart from the ticket office. Note that most of the trains require seat reservation and they can be crowded, especially in the afternoons, so it is advisable to buy the ticket in advance).
A conference bus will take the participants from Poznań Railway Station (Poznań Główny PKP) directly to the Conference Center in Będlewo (approx. 40 mniutes ride). It will depart on Sunday, July 20, 2014, twice: at 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The starting point is some 100-200 meters from the railway station on the ground level, Dworcowa St. (ul. Dworcowa), see the map of the railway station. The bus will be signed "Conference Będlewo". You can get to Poznań Główny railway station from Poznań Ławica Airport by city bus (line L) (approx. 20-30 minutes ride) or by taxi. After the conference, a conference bus will take the participants from the Conference Center back to Poznań railway station and then to Poznań Ławica Airport (exact time to be fixed during the conference).
