Simons Semester in Banach Center: "Dynamical Systems"

Letters to participants

Dear lecturers of mini-courses,

I have asked students/phd students/postdocs participating in our Semester to consider you as tutors and ask for hints for further research (see the letter below). So, please help them if they ask you for.

As a coordinator of the Semester I will need to report arising tutoring and cooperations to the Simons Foundation. So I will ask you for contributions.  Our proposal says (see http://www.impan.pl/BC/SSiBC.pdf):

"The Simons Semester fellows will be expected to teach, provide tutoring, and collaborate with younger colleagues at IMPAN. It is assumed that some of these interactions will lead to fruitful and extended cooperation."

Best regards, Feliks

To students, phd students and postdocs participating in the Dynamical Systems Simons Semester in BC !

After the Semester the organizers need to report Semester's activities and achievements.
To this aim it would be helpful if you acknowledge Simons Foundation support in your papers written in relation to your stay at BC (I propose a statement like the one put at the web page in the Announcements box).
Another important help would be if you report advantages of participation in minicourses, seminars and tutorials. So, in particular, please contact the lecturers of minicourses most liked by you and ask for hints for further research.
In the proposal (see http://www.impan.pl/BC/SSiBC.pdf) it is written:
"The Simons Semester fellows will be expected to teach, provide tutoring, and collaborate with younger colleagues at IMPAN. It is assumed that some of these interactions will lead to fruitful and extended cooperation."  Thus, I need to report something.

Best regards, Feliks Przytycki
